Dr. Martinovsky was trained in anesthesiology at Stanford and completed a fellowship in pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis.  He founded Integrated Pain Care in 2005 with offices in San Francisco and Richmond.  He devotes his full time to the practice of pain medicine.

Paul B. Roache, MD

Dr. Roache is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is an associate member of the Arthroscopic Association of North America and is fellowship trained in shoulder and upper extremity surgery

Dr. Roache’s main subspecialty focus is in arthroscopic treatments of rotator cuff disorders, frozen shoulder, and shoulder dislocations. In addition, he has strong specialty interest in the arthroscopic treatment of sports medicine injuries to the knee. His main practice is in San Francisco. He is also a visiting attending surgeon during ski season at Mt. Crested Butte Ski Clinic in Colorado.

Dr. Sabsovich

Dr. Sabsovich is Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. In addition, to devoting his time to the pain practice, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care at UCSF/Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Dr. Sabsovich graduated from The Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel. He completed advanced training in pain medicine fellowship at the University of California in San Francisco, anesthesiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and surgical internship at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Prior to the clinical training he completed human and animal research focusing in pain mechanisms and pain genetics at University of Toronto, Canada and Stanford, Palo Alto. Dr. Sabsovich authored several publications in the top scientific journals of the pain and anesthesiology fields. During his pain and anesthesiology clinical training, Dr. Sabsovich honed his skills in interventional pain techniques and latest pain therapies, and received advanced training in ultrasound guided procedures. His anesthesiology training was completed with honors, and was acknowledged by Memorial Robert D. Dripps, MD Award to the Outstanding Graduate Resident in Anesthesiology.

Dr. Natalia Balytsky

Dr. Natalia Balytsky is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, and she completed her residency in anesthesiology at Nassau County Medical Center, New York. Dr. Balytsky is fellowship trained in conservative and interventional pain medicine at University of California, San Francisco, where she received extensive training in injection therapies and techniques. She offers a well rounded approach to patient care that includes education, exercise, alternative therapies, careful use of medication, and interventional treatments. Dr. Balytsky has over ten years experience in the medical management of worker's compensation patients.

Dr. Fred Samimi, M.D., MSRT., NMTCB, RDMS.

Dr. Fred Samimi has earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine with a minor in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound from University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center in 1985. And Master of science in Medical Science. He successfully completed his Medical School after completing his externship and clinical clerkship in Baltimore, Maryland and Joined residency program in Neurological Science at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Samimi is also Board certified Nuclear medicine technologist and Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, class of 1985.

Dr. Samimi is a proud member of the American Academy of Neurologist (AAN) and American Medical Association (AMA). Dr. Samimi enjoys scuba diving, bicycling and tennis in his spare time, if that ever comes.
