Gary Martinovsky, MD

Dr. Martinovsky was trained in anesthesiology at Stanford and completed a fellowship in pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis.  He founded Integrated Pain Care in 2005 with offices in San Francisco and Richmond.  He devotes his full time to the practice of pain medicine.

Dr. Kenneth Light

Dr. Kenneth Light is a leading orthopedic surgeon practicing in San Francisco, California. Dr. Light specializes in spinal surgery and provides treatment for conditions, including lower back pain, neck pain, spinal stenosis, sciatica, and herniated discs. He also repairs failed neck and back surgeries and performs disc replacement arthroplasty.

Dr. Light earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees at Cornell University. He completed an internship in general surgery at the University of California, San Diego, before serving residencies in general surgery and orthopedic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Light went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in spinal surgery with Edward H. Simmons, M.D.

Dr. Light understands that back pain has an extremely detrimental effect on a patient’s life. He treats each patient with compassion to ensure that their needs are taken seriously, and appropriate treatment is taken to relieve pain and restore the spine. Dr. Fred Samimi, M.D., MSRT., NMTCB, RDMS.

Dr. Fred Samimi has earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine with a minor in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound from University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center in 1985. And Master of science in Medical Science. He successfully completed his Medical School after completing his externship and clinical clerkship in Baltimore, Maryland and Joined residency program in Neurological Science at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Samimi is also Board certified Nuclear medicine technologist and Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, class of 1985.

Dr. Samimi is a proud member of the American Academy of Neurologist (AAN) and American Medical Association (AMA). Dr. Samimi enjoys scuba diving, bicycling and tennis in his spare time, if that ever comes.

Dr. Cyrus Moazam

Dr. Cyrus Moazam, is a clinical psychologist providing Neuropsych/Psych evaluation and clinical treatment since 1989. He is a retired chief psychologist for California Department of Correction for 17 years of service. The population served was around 2000 Patients at any given day in and out of prison. He was in charge of inpatient and outpatient program overseeing clinical treatments, psychological evaluation, and involuntary hospitalization. In1996 he was recognized for outstanding teamwork and professionalism by California Department of Corrections. He also was recognized for an outstanding job in providing medical and mental health care to the developmentally challenged population in 2005 by Association for Retarded People, Sacramento. He was one of the Commissioner for Adult and Aging Commission during 2005-2012. And currently an Expert Reviewer for California Board of Psychology. Concurrently, He has been in private practice DBA Supportive Psychological Care Inc., a psychological corporation contracted with Department of Social Services/ Disability Determination Service, Law offices, and clinics to perform psychological evaluation. He also was contracted with Department of Health and Human Services, to perform court ordered psychological evaluations.

Dr. Par Fatteh

Dr. Fatteh is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He has over 20 years of expertise and experience in the treatment of accident, work, and sports injuries. He is also skilled in the treatment of chronic pain and addiction. Above all else, he focuses on treating the person, not the condition..
